As part of the ongoing Administrative and Leadership Capacity Development Project, and in line with the Excellence and Leadership Academy’s commitment to developing human capital and enhancing the effectiveness of professionals within institutions—thereby contributing to improved institutional performance and sustainable developmental impact—the “Influence and Guidance Skills” training program was successfully concluded.
The program was organized by the Academy in collaboration with Taj Foundation for Quran Education, Yabroud District Administration, Al-Islah wa Al-Nasiha Association, Ala Baseerah Association, and Nahj Foundation, and was held on 28–29 June 2026.
The program was delivered by Mr. Sobhi Abdul Aziz, an expert trainer, who focused on developing participants’ skills in positive influence and effective guidance within professional environments. The training equipped participants with practical approaches to persuasion, communication, and managing various workplace situations, contributing to improved performance and strengthening their ability to lead and positively influence others.
At the conclusion of the program, participants expressed their appreciation for the high-quality training content and the interactive learning approach, emphasizing the value of the topics presented in enhancing their professional practices and further developing their capabilities in influence, guidance, and effective communication.
