Believing in the importance of building administrative leaders capable of keeping pace with the demands of modern institutional work, and as part of the Excellence and Leadership Academy’s efforts to support the development of administrative and leadership competencies in Syria, the training program “Fundamentals of Administrative Empowerment” was successfully delivered in collaboration with several associations and institutions, including the Taj Foundation for Quran Education, Yabroud District Administration, Al-Islah and Al-Nasiha Association, Ala Baseera Association, and the Nahj Foundation, during the period 11–13 May 2026.
The program was delivered by Consultant and Trainer Eng. Munir Zahra, Senior Consultant and Trainer in leadership, strategic planning, business design and development, and organizational excellence. The program focused on enhancing participants’ knowledge of modern management concepts and core managerial functions, while enabling them to develop skills in planning, organization, direction, and control. The program also addressed the development of communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and building high-performance teams through interactive training methods that combined theoretical input with practical applications, helping participants translate managerial concepts into effective workplace practices.
At the conclusion of the program, participants expressed their appreciation for the value of the training content and its impact on strengthening their managerial capabilities and enhancing their readiness to contribute more effectively to institutional performance development.
