As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of its training programs and expand their international accreditation, the Excellence and Leadership Academy has recently obtained a new accreditation from the international organization specialized in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for its distinguished training program:
“Business Process Management (BPM): From Strategy to Execution.”
This comes within the Academy’s commitment to providing professional training content aligned with global best practices and responsive to the needs of individuals and learning organizations.
The BPM program is a professional training course designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to understand, manage, and improve business processes and workflows through structured analysis, modeling, and continuous improvement using both scientific and practical approaches. The program is based on globally recognized methodologies, tools, and frameworks that enhance operational efficiency, support strategic organizational goals, and promote institutional excellence.
The program adopts an interactive training approach that covers the entire lifecycle of business process management — from aligning processes and workflows with strategic goals and value chains, to detailed analysis, modeling techniques, continuous improvement methodologies, maturity level assessment, and essential skills for leading BPM teams and executing improvement initiatives. It draws on advanced tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Workflow Optimization, Lean Management, Six Sigma, and international frameworks including CMMI and APQC.
It is worth noting that the Academy of Excellence and Leadership had previously obtained CPD accreditation for four other training programs:
Wejhaty- Personal Strategic Positioning, Know Yourself and Understand Others, Productivity Boosting, and Strategic Planning.
This new accreditation aligns with the Academy’s strategic direction of continuously developing its programs and securing international accreditations from reputable institutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and consulting services that meet the evolving needs of clients and support their pursuit of institutional and professional excellence.
