The Wrap-Up of “Enhancing Productivity and Task Management Using the GTD Methodology” Program for SiFiCo

As part of Excellence and Leadership Academy’s ongoing efforts to empower professionals with the skills needed to enhance their performance and raise levels of efficiency and productivity in the workplace, the specialized training program entitled: “Enhancing Productivity and Task Management Using the GTD Methodology
was successfully delivered on Thursday, July 3, 2025, in a face-to-face format, for the benefit of SiFiCo – Supply Integration for Food Industries Company, with a total of eight (8) intensive training hours.

The program aimed to equip participants with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to understand the key concepts of productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness—while linking them to actionable daily habits that enhance both individual and organizational performance. The course also introduced the globally recognized GTD methodology, covering its principles and implementation steps, along with practical tools and techniques for effective task management, prioritization, and goal achievement.

The program was delivered by Eng. Eng. Raed Sharafeddine, a certified trainer in leadership and administrative empowerment, who adopted an interactive training style that included practical demonstrations, group discussions, and simulation exercises—facilitating the internalization of concepts and their application in the work environment. The program witnessed outstanding engagement from participants across various departments within SiFiCo, who expressed their appreciation for the program content and praised the high level of organization and professional delivery. At the conclusion of the program, official certificates of participation were distributed by the Academy, in a closing session marked by widespread satisfaction and a clear desire from participants for more developmental programs in the future.
