Believing in the importance of supporting the reconstruction of a new Syria and empowering community initiative leaders, the Excellence and Leadership Academy<\/strong> organized the free training program “Business Design and Business Model Development for Community Initiatives”<\/strong> from February 7-8, 2025<\/strong>. The program brought together a select group of individuals interested in developing impactful and sustainable community projects and initiatives. The program aimed to equip participants with knowledge, methodologies, and scientific tools<\/strong> for designing professional business models in line with the best global practices<\/strong> in business design and entrepreneurship. It featured intensive training sessions with practical applications<\/strong> on how to design business models for community initiatives and transform them into actionable projects<\/strong>. The program was delivered by Eng. Munir Zahra<\/strong>, a certified trainer and consultant in leadership, strategic planning, and business design<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The sessions were marked by engaging discussions and high interaction<\/strong>, focusing on the application of the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) and Business Model Canvas (BMC)<\/strong> in designing community initiatives. Additionally, real-life case studies were presented, enabling participants to develop robust and effective business models<\/strong> for their initiatives. At the end of the program, participants received certified completion certificates<\/strong> from the academy.
