On the occasion of victory and the liberation of Syria, and in line with the Excellence and Leadership Academy’s belief in the importance of contributing to the construction of a new Syria, the academy organized a specialized training program titled \u201cStrategic Repositioning\u201d from January 9 to 10, 2025. The program targeted a select group of Syrian talents who had previously participated in the \u201c\u064bWejhaty\u201d program, aiming to enhance their leadership roles in the upcoming phase.<\/p>\n

The program was designed to empower participants with an understanding of the fundamental changes affecting their personal strategic trajectories and to equip them with the necessary skills to reposition themselves in alignment with current transformations, preparing them for impactful contributions to Syria\u2019s reconstruction and development.<\/p>\n

The program included a main workshop addressing vital topics such as revisiting core concepts, reviewing key variables and their implications, and outlining clear strategic pathways for the future. Additionally, individual coaching sessions were offered, providing participants with opportunities to apply concepts practically, translating ideas into actionable plans.<\/p>\n

The program was met with exceptional engagement and praise from participants, who commended the added value it delivered, aligning with their needs and aspirations.
