The program focuses on the effective preparation, implementation, and follow-up of strategic plans with high efficiency and quality. Participants are trained to use strategic analysis tools such as SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter\u2019s Five Forces, in addition to methods for defining visions and strategic directions and translating them into measurable, actionable objectives.
