The Leadership Challenge is an interactive training program designed to build and develop institutional leaders based on the detailed 30-year study conducted by Kouzes and Posner of more than 3 million people, and published in The Leadership Challenge Book. Through this program, we aim to:<\/p>\n

– help trainees develop exemplary leadership practices,<\/p>\n

– adopt an effective framework that guides their leadership development journey,<\/p>\n

– discover new opportunities to improve their leadership capabilities,<\/p>\n

– clarify personal values and how they affect leadership behavior,<\/p>\n

– discover new ways to inspire others and share a common vision,<\/p>\n

– and enhance the ability to empower and encourage others.<\/p>\n

Our trainers are accredited in the methodology from Wiley Company, and the program is presented over a period of three months. It starts with the trainee performing specialized Assessments, followed by an attendance meeting at a rate of 24 training hours that include activities, events, and accompanying training games, and then enriched with self-empowerment meetings and choaching.<\/p>\n
