The Excellence and Leadership Academy<\/strong>, in cooperation with the Higher Institute of Judiciary in the Syrian Arab Republic<\/strong>, concluded the training program \u201cEffective Communication Skills,\u201d<\/strong> which was implemented on 2\u20133 February 2026<\/strong>, targeting administrative staff and department heads at the Institute, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance professional communication efficiency and improve institutional performance.<\/p>\n

The program was delivered by expert trainer Sobhi Khawatmi<\/strong> and focused on developing participants\u2019 skills in building clear and impactful communication based on active listening, confident dialogue management, and understanding personality styles. This contributed to improving professional relationships and providing constructive feedback, in addition to equipping participants with practical tools that strengthen their positive presence in the workplace.<\/p>\n

The program was distinguished by an interactive training methodology that combined simplified presentation of concepts with practical applications and real-life workplace simulations, drawing on international best practices. This approach enhanced listening-for-understanding skills, emotional regulation, and the application of active listening methodologies such as emotional intelligence, non-violent communication, and the Six No\u2019s methodology.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the program, participants expressed their appreciation for the quality of the content and organization, emphasizing its impact on developing their professional communication styles, strengthening collaboration and trust, and reducing misunderstandings in the work environment.<\/p>\n
