With God\u2019s grace, the training program \u201cAdministrative Empowerment: The Foundation of Institutional Success\u201d was successfully concluded. The program was organized by the Academy of Excellence and Leadership in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, and held in Damascus from 16\u201317 November 2025, with the participation of 32 attendees, including heads of judicial departments and directors of administrative units at the Ministry of Justice from various Syrian governorates.<\/p>\n

The program was implemented as part of the Academy of Excellence and Leadership\u2019s and the Ministry of Justice\u2019s commitment to investing in the development of administrative cadres and enhancing their practical skills, considering administrative empowerment a fundamental pillar for improving service quality and strengthening the effectiveness of institutional work within judicial departments.<\/p>\n

The program was delivered under the supervision of certified trainer Eng. Mounir Zahra, who provided a rich and interactive training experience characterized by active participation and knowledge exchange. The first day covered a set of foundational topics, including an introduction to administrative concepts, the differences between management and leadership, characteristics of an effective manager, as well as planning methodologies, levels and tools of planning, principles of organization, organizational structures, policies and procedures, and the fundamentals of building high-performing teams.<\/p>\n

The second day focused on practical topics such as supervision and guidance, personality types and their impact, situational leadership, priority management, monitoring and evaluation and their tools, in addition to results-based management and essential administrative skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.<\/p>\n

Participants expressed their appreciation for the program\u2019s practical value and the opportunities it provided for learning, exchanging experiences, and refining their administrative skills, emphasizing its importance in enhancing their competencies and ability to lead institutional work more effectively.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
