Excellence & Leadership Academy participated as one of the prominent sponsors of the First National Human Resources Forum, which launched its activities on 24\/11\/2025 at the Golden Mezze Hotel in Damascus, with broad participation from ministries, government bodies, the banking and industrial sectors, and a number of local and international organizations. The event represents an important milestone in the development of human resources in Syria.<\/p>\n

During the opening session, as part of the sponsors’ speeches, Eng. Talha Al-Nasser<\/strong>, Chairman of the Academy\u2019s Board of Directors, delivered a speech in which he emphasized that effective leadership is the foundation for developing human resources. He highlighted the importance of building national leaders capable of managing change and creating work environments that attract talent. He also stressed the need to empower youth amid the government\u2019s ongoing efforts to modernize administrative systems, reflected in the participation of more than 20 government entities in this national forum.<\/p>\n

Eng. Munir Zahra<\/strong>, Director of Consulting Services at the Academy, also delivered a speech on institutional excellence, explaining that trust is the primary pillar of any institution and that excellence is built not only on performance indicators but also on credibility, modern leadership, strategic planning, change management, and data-driven decision-making.<\/p>\n

The Academy’s administrative team in Damascus took an active part in the forum\u2019s activities. Mr. Baraa Anees<\/strong>, Administrative Director, received the Silver Sponsorship Shield on behalf of the Academy. Mr. Waleed Al-Rifai<\/strong>, Director of Training and Educational Consulting, participated in the workshop titled \u201cBuilding the Institutional Competency Framework,\u201d<\/em> while Mr. Mohammad Hosni Al-Fawal<\/strong>, Legal and Logistics Officer, contributed to supporting and organizing the event.<\/p>\n

The Academy\u2019s participation in this national event reaffirms its strong commitment to empowering leaders and developing institutional capabilities, reflecting its continuous role in supporting the creation of professional work environments across governmental institutions, private-sector organizations, and specialized entities.<\/p>\n

The forum featured a series of high-quality sessions led by experts and specialists, alongside the launch of three major initiatives: the First Human Resources Club<\/strong>, two HRCI-accredited training programs<\/strong> in human resources, and the Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence in HR Initiative<\/strong>\u2014all marking the beginning of a new phase of institutional development and capacity-building in Syria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
