It focused on professional methodologies and tools that improve operational efficiency and drive organizational excellence. The program was delivered by <strong>Eng. Raed Sharafeddine<\/strong>, a certified trainer in leadership empowerment and business process management, who brought extensive training experience and an interactive professional approach. Through this, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the BPM lifecycle, including process analysis, modeling, and improvement, while linking these processes to strategic goals and value chains. The training also covered leading BPM teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1905\">The program witnessed active engagement from participants representing diverse sectors\u2014including professionals in quality management, strategic planning, institutional development, operations management, and community initiatives. Participants shared experiences and benefited from hands-on applications and interactive discussions, which deepened their understanding of globally recognized frameworks and best practices in the field.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"2279\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">At the conclusion of the program, participants received official certificates of participation from the <strong data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2048\">Excellence and Leadership Academy<\/strong>.
