ELA of Excellence and Leadership seeks to enable individuals to determine their future roles, to employ the most suitable for their capabilities, and to invest optimally for their strengths in accordance with their self-desires and personal characteristics.
In this context, thank God, the “Wajhaty” program – the personal strategic positioning with the Islamic Sham Association, was concluded with the participation of its esteemed employees.
The “Wajhati” program – personal strategic positioning aims to direct and guide the participant to determine the most appropriate location and the best role that he can play in the future, and then draw up a development plan to achieve this.
The program relies on scientific methodologies and international standards to determine the system of personal characteristics, strengths, competencies, and desires that a person possesses, and then raise awareness of them, analyze them, and how to optimally employ and invest them.
