From May 20th to May 26th, 2023, the Excellence and Leadership Academy organized a specialized training program titled “Human Resource Management for Non-Specialists.” The program welcomed 17 participants, including department and section managers, from various organizations and companies.
The program aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in human resource management and the roles of departments and section managers within the human resource management echo system. It focused on practical aspects such as; recruitment and selection processes, training and development, performance evaluation and enhancement, as well as complaint handling and problem-solving.
The program received exceptional engagement from the participants, who actively participated in activities and practical applications. These activities helped them gain practical skills that directly relate to their organizations and institutions.
