With the aim of contributing to the continuous development and empowerment to enhance leadership practices, exchange expertise, and practical experiences, and strengthen the bonds of communication and cooperation between the participants, Excellence and Leadership Academy held the fourth annual leadership forum 2022 under the slogan “Leadership is an Inspiring Relationship”, on October 21-22, 2022. More than 60 leaders from the Leadership Challenge Program graduates have participated in the forum, which included several distinguished sessions and events.
The first session was with Dr. Ayoub Al-Ayoub, about the emotional intelligence of the leader, in which he talked about the leadership bike, and the skills triangle, in addition to reviewing the leader’s functions and how to employ social intelligence in their performance. Next, Mr. A. Abdullah Al-Yahya talked about the role of coaching in promoting leadership practices, in which he highlighted the benefits of leadership coaching and the most important skills required for any leader to be a successful coach,
The third session was presented by M. Bilal Sununu, in which he talked about his leadership experience, where he reviewed the most important abstracts and practical advice for leaders to build the institutional system. The participants enriched the sessions with their distinguished interventions.
The forum covered other leadership activities, including open meetings to exchange experiences and review leadership practices, in addition to an interesting competition with valuable prizes.
