The Wrap-Up of “Business Design and Business Model Development for Community Initiatives” program

Believing in the importance of supporting the reconstruction of a new Syria and empowering community initiative leaders, the Excellence and Leadership Academy organized the free training program “Business Design and Business Model Development for Community Initiatives” from February 7-8, 2025. The program brought together a select group of individuals interested in developing impactful and sustainable community projects and initiatives. The program aimed to equip participants with knowledge, methodologies, and scientific tools for designing professional business models in line with the best global practices in business design and entrepreneurship. It featured intensive training sessions with practical applications on how to design business models for community initiatives and transform them into actionable projects. The program was delivered by Eng. Munir Zahra, a certified trainer and consultant in leadership, strategic planning, and business design.

The sessions were marked by engaging discussions and high interaction, focusing on the application of the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) in designing community initiatives. Additionally, real-life case studies were presented, enabling participants to develop robust and effective business models for their initiatives. At the end of the program, participants received certified completion certificates from the academy. The program received high praise from participants, who expressed great benefit from its practical and hands-on content. This success reflects the Excellence and Leadership Academy’s commitment to delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of leaders and change-makers, contributing to a brighter future for Syria.
