Teamwork Skills program was successfully concluded

As part of its efforts to promote a culture of teamwork and enhance institutional performance, the Excellence and Leadership Academy successfully delivered the training program “Teamwork Skills”, organized by the Academy in collaboration with several associations and institutions, including the Taj Foundation for Quran Education, Yabroud District Administration, Al-Islah and Al-Nasiha Association, Ala Baseera Association, and the Nahj Foundation. The program was conducted during 6–7 April 2026, with a total of 5 training hours, targeting department directors, managers, and employees.

The program focused on strengthening teamwork concepts and moving from theoretical understanding to practical application by fostering positive attitudes and developing the skills required to build effective and collaborative teams. It also addressed key psychological and organizational barriers that may hinder effective teamwork. The training was delivered by Mr. Waleed Al-Rifai through an interactive approach that combined theoretical input, practical applications, and workshops, enabling participants to practice teamwork models and enhance their ability to positively influence the workplace.

At the conclusion of the program, participants expressed their appreciation for the value of the content and its impact on enhancing collaboration and fostering a more cohesive and effective work environment.
