DAIM Methodology

The DAIM Methodology is the cornerstone of the consulting services provided by the Excellence and Leadership Academy for the development of institutions and organizations towards achieving excellence. This methodology has four stages that help organizations identify their strengths and weaknesses, evaluate their current situation, develop a plan for improvement, and monitor their progress.

In the Define stage, ELA helps organizations build awareness, identify problems, and plan projects that address their specific needs. This stage sets the foundation for the rest of the process.

The Assess stage involves assessing the organization’s current situation using the EFQM framework, conducting a gap analysis, and generating solutions to bridge the identified gaps. This stage helps organizations understand where they stand and identify areas for improvement.

In the Improve stage, ELA helps organizations create a development plan that outlines the appropriate methodology for their specific needs and implements it. This stage is where the actual work takes place to achieve the desired outcomes.

Finally, in the Monitor stage, ELA analyzes the results, makes necessary corrections, and gains insights and lessons learned from the entire process. This stage ensures that the desired outcomes are achieved and sustained.

The DAIM methodology is a comprehensive and effective approach to organizational development that enables institutions and organizations to achieve excellence in their operations and outcomes.

ADDCE Methodology

At ELA, we understand the importance of adopting the best practical methodologies and international standards in providing our training services. That’s why we’ve developed our own customized methodology called ADDCE, bases on ADDIE,  for specialized training. The methodology consists of five stages, including

  • Analysis: In this stage, we make assess and analysis training needs to make sure we provide the right programs that suit customer needs
  • Design: Based on the outcome of needs assessment and analysis, we design/develop/select the most suitable programs.
  • Deliver: Our training programs are delivered with precision and skill to ensure that participants receive the full benefit of the program
  • Coach: Participants receive personalized coaching and guidance to ensure that they can apply their new skills and knowledge in the real world.
  • Evaluate: Finally, we make sure that participants gained the required skills and knowledge through various evaluation mechanisms

LADCC Methodology

At ELA, we’re committed to delivering top-quality, certified training to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. That’s why we use a customized methodology called LADCC, which is based on ADDIE, to ensure our training programs are effective and efficient.

Our LADCC methodology is designed to ensure that our training programs are launched with clear objectives, evaluated thoroughly, implemented effectively, and ultimately accredited with pride. It includes five stages:

  • Launch: In this stage, we plan and launch the program, ensuring that the training objectives are clearly defined and understood.
  • Assessment: We provide participants with certified assessments and evaluations to measure their current traits, skills, and knowledge (available in some programs).
  • Deliver: Our training programs are delivered with precision and skill to ensure that participants receive the full benefit of the program.
  • Coach: Participants receive personalized coaching and guidance to ensure that they can apply their new skills and knowledge in the real world.
  • Celebrate: Upon successful completion of the program, we review and accredit the achievement, celebrating the success of all participants.

Personality Assessment Standards

The ELA is committed to providing high-quality training programs and services that are based on internationally recognized scientific assessment tools.

  • The 8-Dimensional Leadership: An accredited international assessment that helps leaders to better understand their leadership style.
  • DISC: An accredited international assessment that helps individuals to better understand their own styles as well as others to improve commutation and relationships.
  • LPI 360 Leadership Practices Inventory:An accredited international assessment that measures the daily behavior and practice of leaders and analyzes them.
  • Strength Finder assessment from Gallup: An accredited international assessment used to help people discover their talents and strengths in order to effectively use them.
