LADCC methodology

At ELA, we’re committed to delivering top-quality, certified training to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. That’s why we use a customized methodology called LADCC, which os based on ADDIE,  to ensure our training programs are effective and efficient.

Our LADCC methodology is designed to ensure that our training programs are launched with clear objectives, evaluated thoroughly, implemented effectively, and ultimately accredited with pride. It includes five stages:

Launch: In this stage, we plan and launch the program, ensuring that the training objectives are clearly defined and understood.

Assessment: We provide participants with certified assessments and evaluations to measure their current traits, skills, and knowledge (available in some programs).

Deliver: Our training programs are delivered with precision and skill to ensure that participants receive the full benefit of the program.

Coach: Participants receive personalized coaching and guidance to ensure that they can apply their new skills and knowledge in the real world.

Celebrate: Upon successful completion of the program, we review and accredit the achievement, celebrating the success of all participants.
