As part of its informative seminar series aimed at enhancing awareness and knowledge in the fields of leadership, management, and organizational work, the Excellence and Leadership Academy organized a webinar titled “The Role of Coaching in Managerial Leadership.” The webinar was delivered by a certified trainer in leadership and coaching, Mr. Talha Al-Nasser.
The webinar revolved around the four fundamental principles of the coaching process and its relationship with management. It also sheds light on the role of coaching in promoting functional integration, achieving professional satisfaction, and job contentment. At the end of the webinar, participants had the opportunity to discuss their input and thoughts, which enriched the outcome of the webinar.
