Holding a Seminar on “How to Successfully Apply Quality Standards and Institutional Excellence Criteria in Organizations and Companies?”

As part of the series of educational seminars organized by the Excellence and Leadership Academy, a virtual seminar titled “How to Successfully Apply Quality Standards and Institutional Excellence Criteria in Organizations and Companies?” was held last Saturday. The event was hosted by Dr. Mohamed Al-Deeb, an expert and consultant in quality, institutional excellence, and administrative development, and an accredited evaluator and assessor from EFQM. It was attended by a large number of executives, company managers, organizational leaders, and quality and development managers, as well as professionals interested in this field.

The seminar covered several key topics, including an introduction to quality and its importance, a definition of institutional excellence and its impact on organizational success, as well as an overview of the benefits that quality and institutional excellence bring to organizations. It also addressed practical steps to achieve institutional excellence, with a focus on how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can begin their journey towards institutional excellence. Furthermore, the seminar discussed the differences between the criteria for applying institutional excellence in profit-driven companies and non-profit organizations.

The seminar saw a notable level of interaction from participants, with discussions on challenges related to implementing quality and institutional excellence, best practices for overcoming obstacles faced by organizations in this field, and the requirements for obtaining quality certifications and national and international institutional excellence awards. Through these seminars, the Excellence and Leadership Academy reaffirms its continuous commitment to raising awareness and enhancing the knowledge of organizations on vital topics that contribute to achieving institutional excellence and sustainable success.
