The Excellence and Leadership Academy seeks to empower individuals to develop skills and abilities to communicate and work with others and to improve opportunities for personal development in the professional and societal field.
To serve this goal, we were pleased to present a distinguished seminar for the elite group, on “Personality Styles, and How to Deal With Them” on Saturday (November 5), with / M. Mounir Zahra – General Manager of Excellence and Leadership Academy.
The historical context of pattern division, and the most important methodologies used in this field, with a focus on the DiSC methodology, also shed light on the keys to dealing with various patterns, especially under pressure, in a rich and enjoyable seminar attended by more than 30 participants from the members of the elite group.
