As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance administrative competencies and improve performance levels across workplace environments, the Excellence and Leadership Academy successfully implemented the specialized training program “Enhancing Productivity and Task Achievement Using the GTD Methodology.” The program was organized by the Academy in cooperation with the Al-Tall District Administration during the period 28–29 October 2025, delivering 8 intensive training hours and targeting the district’s administrative staff.
The program addressed key concepts related to productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, introducing participants to the international GTD methodology and its practical applications in task management, priority setting, and goal achievement with improved focus and performance.
The training was delivered by certified trainer Eng. Raed Sharaf Al-Din, who led the sessions using an interactive approach that combined practical explanations, group discussions, and simulation exercises—effectively reinforcing core concepts and transforming them into actionable practices that enhance productivity in the workplace.
