Conclusion of the Training Program: Enhancing Productivity and Task Achievement Using the GTD Methodology

As part of the Excellence and Leadership Academy’s efforts to develop professional competencies and enhance performance effectiveness in workplace environments, the specialized training program “Enhancing Productivity and Task Achievement Using the GTD Methodology” was successfully implemented—praise be to God. The program was organized by the Academy in collaboration with the High Judicial Institute, and held during the period 26–27 October 2025, totaling eight intensive training hours, targeting the Institute’s employees.

The program focused on equipping participants with key concepts and skills related to personal and professional productivity, as well as applying the global GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology in task management, priority organization, and achieving goals with greater efficiency and focus.

The program was delivered by Certified Trainer Eng. Raed Sharaf Al-Din, using an interactive approach rich in discussions and practical applications, enabling participants to translate concepts into actionable practices that enhance performance quality and productivity in the workplace.
