As part of its commitment to empowering leaders, enhancing leadership practices, and fostering communication and collaboration, the Excellence and Leadership Academy successfully concluded the 6th Annual Leadership Forum 2024, held virtually from December 6 to 7 under the theme “Innovation – Excellence – Sustainability.” This year’s forum witnessed the participation of more than 50 leaders, all graduates of the Leadership Challenge program.
The forum featured a series of inspiring activities and sessions, including:
- An interactive lecture on “Innovation Leadership” delivered by Dr. Hesham Ezzat, which highlighted the importance of innovation in driving organizational excellence. The session emphasized the leader’s role in creating an innovative environment and empowering team members to develop creative solutions and initiatives that foster excellence and sustainability.
- An insightful lecture on “Agile Leadership and Its Role in Supporting Sustainability and Organizational Excellence” presented by Dr. Mohammad Audat. The session focused on agile leadership strategies and their significance in overcoming challenges to achieve sustainability across individuals, organizations, and the environment.
The forum also featured a dedicated session for sharing leadership experiences, during which participating leaders presented their practical, inspiring stories that enriched attendees with new perspectives on leadership development. The event concluded with an interactive competition centered on leadership concepts and behaviors, adding excitement and engagement among participants.
The forum stood out for its constructive discussions and contributions from attendees, enriching the content and promoting the exchange of ideas and expertise. The Excellence and Leadership Academy extended its gratitude and appreciation to all guests and participating leaders for their active involvement and valuable contributions to the event’s success.
This forum is part of a series of enriching activities offered by the Excellence and Leadership Academy to graduates of the Leadership Challenge program, a leadership development initiative accredited by Wiley, aiming to enhance leadership practices and behaviors.
