The Excellence and Leadership Academy, in cooperation with the Directorate of Education in Rif Dimashq Governorate, concluded the Educational Training Project, which was implemented during September 2025 as part of joint efforts aimed at developing leadership and educational skills and enhancing the efficiency of educational staff in the field.
The project included three specialized training courses:

Developing Presentation and Public Speaking Skills in the Educational Context, supervised by Dr. Asaad Al-Asaad,

Teamwork in the Educational Environment, supervised by Mr. Walid Al-Rifai,
-
Utilizing Personality Types in the Educational Process, supervised by Eng. Talha Al-Nasir.
A total of 23 trainees participated in the project, which extended over 30 in-person training hours. The trainers adopted a variety of interactive methods, including workshops, simulations, and practical activities, creating a stimulating training environment rich in real-world applications.
The participants demonstrated remarkable engagement with the course content and expressed high satisfaction with the quality and organization of the training. They praised the training materials and the trainers’ performance, affirming that the project contributed significantly to the development of their skills in effective communication, presentation, teamwork, and understanding personality types within the educational context.
The implementation of the Educational Training Project comes as part of the Academy of Excellence and Leadership’s ongoing efforts to contribute to the development of the educational system by building the capacities of educational personnel and equipping them with the latest skills and practices that foster excellence and creativity in the educational work environment.
