With the grace of God, the EFQM-based organizational assessment project has been successfully executed for A&J Real Estate Services. The project aimed to enable the company to enhance its operations and strive for excellence in delivering services to its clients.
The fundamental criteria of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model were utilized and applied to analyze and evaluate the current state of the company. This process helped in identifying development priorities, as well as uncovering gaps and opportunities for improvement. A suitable roadmap for the development processes was then charted out.
This project is part of the high-quality services offered by the Excellence and Leadership Academy to support companies and organizations on their journey toward organizational excellence. The academy provides organization assessments using the EFQM model, carried out by qualified and experienced assessors proficient in utilizing this model. With its extensive expertise in organizational development and improvement processes, the academy ensures that the assessment process yields practical developmental recommendations and a clear roadmap for progress.
