By the grace of God, the business model development project for the Wijdan Charity Association has been successfully implemented. Through this project, the association aims to undergo a strategic organizational transformation and develop quality initiatives to enable it to provide outstanding services that meet the needs of beneficiaries and fulfill the requirements and desires of donors.
This project is part of the high-quality services offered by the Excellence and Leadership Academy to support companies and organizations in their journey towards institutional excellence. The academy provides business model development services using the best practices and tools in business design, including the Value Proposition Canvas and the Business Model Canvas.
