Driven by its commitment to supporting Syrian government institutions in developing their leadership and administrative capacities, the Excellence and Leadership Academy, by the grace of God, delivered the training program “Administrative Empowerment: The Foundation of Institutional Success” on 18–19 November 2025 in Damascus, targeting a select group of senior leaders and directors from the Ministry of Awqaf. The program was attended by more than 40 participants.
The program aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge of modern management concepts and functions, and to equip them with advanced skills in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. It also focused on developing communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as building high-performance teams.
The program was delivered by Certified Trainer Eng. Munir Zahra, through a rich and engaging training experience that emphasized global best practices in administrative empowerment, incorporating practical applications and a highly interactive workshop.
Participants concluded the program by emphasizing its value in strengthening their competencies and increasing their readiness to contribute more effectively to improving the performance of Awqaf directorates and departments across various governorates.
