That’s why we’ve developed our own customized methodology called ADDCE, bases on ADDIE, for specialized training. The methodology consists of five stages, including
- Analysis: In this stage, we make assess and analysis training needs to make sure we provide the right programs that suit customer needs
- Design: Based on the outcome of needs assessment and analysis, we design/develop/select the most suitable programs.
- Deliver: Our training programs are delivered with precision and skill to ensure that participants receive the full benefit of the program
- Coach: Participants receive personalized coaching and guidance to ensure that they can apply their new skills and knowledge in the real world.
- Evaluate: Finally, we make sure that participates gained the required skills and knowledge through various evaluation mechanisms
