In its pursuit of business development and commitment to providing high-quality and internationally accredited training programs, the Excellence and Leadership Academy has recently obtained accreditation for its distinguished training program, Strategic Planning, from the international organization specializing in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
This program is one of the Academy’s professional training offerings, designed to empower participants to enhance their skills in institutional strategic planning, methodologies, and modern tools. The program focuses on the effective preparation, implementation, and follow-up of strategic plans with high efficiency and quality. Participants are trained to use strategic analysis tools such as SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter’s Five Forces, in addition to methods for defining visions and strategic directions and translating them into measurable, actionable objectives. These objectives are tracked using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supported by strategic initiatives and actionable implementation plans.
It is worth noting that the Excellence and Leadership Academy had previously received CPD accreditation for three other programs: Wejhaty- Personal Strategic Positioning, Know Yourself and Understand Others, and Productivity Boosting. This aligns with the Academy’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its programs and securing accreditations from specialized organizations and expert institutions, ensuring the delivery of top-notch training and consultancy services to its clients with professionalism and high quality.
