As part of the educational seminar series organized by the Excellence and Leadership Academy, a seminar titled “Digital Transformation Strategies” was held last Saturday, featuring Dr. Mohammad Khayyata, a consultant and certified trainer in the field of digital transformation.
The seminar covered a range of key topics related to the digital transformation of small and medium-sized organizations. It began with the importance of strategic planning for digital transformation and provided practical examples. It then addressed the foundations of launching digital initiatives, and setting priorities, and concluded with a discussion of the challenges facing digital transformation projects and change management. The seminar saw exceptional engagement from the participants, where important issues were discussed regarding the urgent need for digital transformation, as well as how to address internal and external challenges facing organizations in this context.
