Entrepreneurs often possess distinctive ideas for launching their innovative projects. However, when it comes to implementing these ideas, they frequently encounter numerous challenges, whether for a new project or for enhancing the operations of an existing enterprise.
At the Excellence and Leadership Academy, we aim to empower leaders and entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to design professional business models that support them to succeed in planning and executing new projects or developing existing ones. In this context, we are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the ” Business Design and Modeling ” program with the Islamic Sham Organization on March 1-2, 2024.
The program witnessed active participation from several trainees. The training program, ” Business Design and Modeling” provides fundamental knowledge and necessary skills for designing an appropriate business model and creating value for customers. This is achieved by employing scientific tools and global best practices in this domain.
