Accessing a harmonious and highly productive work environment requires empowering individuals to develop their skills and effectively leverage their strengths. At the Excellence and Leadership Academy, we aim to empower individuals to optimize the use of their personal capabilities, whether in effective communication or collaborative work. Our efforts are geared towards enhancing personal development opportunities in both professional and social domains, by fostering a deep understanding of individuals’ styles and promoting positive interactions with others. In this context, we are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the “Know Yourself and Understand Others” program with the Sham Humanitarian Foundation on February 14-15, 2024, attended by 22 trainees from the organization.
This program aims to assist participants in recognizing their personal traits and strengths, taking pride in them, and subsequently enhancing and developing them in a way that enables them to excel. The program also helps participants understand others, identify their preferences, motivations, and inhibitors, and realize areas of convergence with them to achieve more effective communication, increased efficiency, and collaboration in various fields. The program adopts scientific methodologies and is based on international standards for analyzing personality traits and strengths. It is a CPD-accredited program.
