In its commitment to enhancing its business and providing globally recognized and high-quality training programs, the Excellence and Leadership Academy recently obtained accreditation for its distinguished training program “Wejhaty- Personal Strategic Positioning ” from the specialized international organization for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
This program is one of the leadership training programs designed by the ELA. It aims to guide and direct participants in identifying their most suitable positioning and future roles, leveraging their strengths, and making optimal use of their skills, aligned with their interests, preferences, and values. In addition, the program helps participants develop their own strategic development plans to achieve their goals.
The program is based on scientific methodologies and global assessment tools to assess individual capabilities, personal attributes, strengths, and weaknesses, as well as identify the inclinations and preferences of each participant. It empowers participants to raise self-awareness and determine suitable fields for effective deployment and investment of their strengths and talents.
