By the grace of God, the first phase of the project “Developing the Strategic Plan for the Syrian Dialogue Center” was completed by presenting a strategic planning workshop on October 18-19, 2022 in Istanbul.
In addition to the workshop, the project includes; Mentorship sessions, and review and arbitration of the strategic plan documents, using the best scientific methodologies and global practices in the field of strategic planning.
The Excellence and Leadership Academy aims to enable profit and non-profit organizations to achieve organizational excellence, through a package of consulting and training services in accordance with accredited international standards, with a team of distinguished consultants with accreditations and experience.
