Achieving excellence in organizations starts with having an ambitious vision, drawing up a comprehensive and balanced strategy, and then managing its implementation effectively and efficiently.
From this standpoint, the Excellence and Leadership Academy seeks to enable leaders and organizations to acquire the necessary skills in analysis, strategic planning, and performance management.
In this context, ELA held a training workshop entitled “Development and Implementation of Strategic Plans Using Balanced Scorecards (BSC)” with the international trainer, Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Mahmoud (Dr. 3M), in the presence of a group of heads of organizations, in Istanbul – Turkey.
