As part of its series of pedagogical virtual seminars, the Excellence and Leadership Academy held; A seminar on “The Power of Procedures Management in Achieving Quality and Organizational Excellence” with the Procedures and Facilitation Expert/ Eng. Malek Erqsosi, in the presence of more than 60 participants.
The most important concepts, terminology, practices, and skills in managing procedures were highlighted, and their connection to achieving quality and achieving organizational excellence, in addition to answering the participants’ interventions and inquiries.
