The program was delivered by expert trainer Ayman Saif Al-Din and focused on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills required to design change initiatives based on clear principles and values. This was achieved through introducing the concept of change, its methodology and models, mechanisms for dealing with resistance to change, as well as building effective change plans and adopting a long-term systematic approach.
The program was distinguished by its interactive training methods, including discussions, practical activities, and case studies, which helped bridge theoretical concepts with real-world practice. At the conclusion of the program, participants expressed their appreciation for the quality of the content and the organization, emphasizing its impact on developing their leadership vision and enhancing their readiness to lead positive change in their educational institutions.
This program is part of the Excellence and Leadership Academy’s vision to support the educational sector and build the capacities of its leadership cadres, contributing to performance development and the promotion of excellence in the educational environment.
