With the grace of God, the “Personal Strategic Planning” training program, organized by the Excellence and Leadership Academy in cooperation with Fajr Academy, was successfully concluded during the period 3–4 October 2025, with the participation of around 60 university youth trainees.
The program aimed to enable participants to shape their future visions and define clear strategic goals in various aspects of their lives by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop practical plans that help achieve balance between work and personal life, while enhancing their ability to leverage their strengths to attain success and excellence.
The implementation of this program stems from the Academy of Excellence and Leadership’s belief in the importance of personal strategic planning as a pivotal tool for achieving life and career goals. It helps direct efforts toward what truly matters and enhances productivity and personal satisfaction among individuals.
The program was conducted under the supervision of expert trainer Eng. Munir Zahra, who provided a rich and interactive training experience characterized by active participation. Drawing on his extensive expertise in leadership and strategic planning, he delivered an inspiring learning journey that broadened participants’ perspectives and motivated them toward a clearer and more effective future.
